Instrument Usage:

1. The maximum working temperature of Type 101 electric heating constant temperature blast drying oven is 300°C. It is suitable for baking, oven heat treatment or other heating purposes. It is also a standing instrument in the laboratory.

2. The working temperature of the drying oven can be raised from room temperature by 30°C to the maximum temperature, and the working temperature can be arbitrarily selected within this range, and the temperature can be kept constant by the automatic control system in the box after selection.

3. The 101 electric constant temperature blast drying oven is equipped with an electric blower to promote the mechanical convection of indoor hot air and make the indoor temperature more uniform.

4. The structure of this drying oven is precise, the temperature control is sensitive and accurate, and the operation is simple, and it can be used by industrial and mining and scientific research units of colleges and universities.

Instrument structure:

The drying oven is composed of thin steel plates, and the glass fiber is used as the insulation material between the studio and the box shell. There is it in the middle of the door. Double glazing to allow for a view of the inside of the studio.

Open the exhaust valve on the top of the box to allow the convection and exchange of hot and cold air in the studio, and the thermal expansion controller is used for temperature control Or the digital display instrument automatically adjusts the temperature. All electrical control equipment is installed in the control layer on the side of the box. The control layer has the side doors can be removed for inspection or repairs to the wiring.

The electric heater is installed under the studio in the box, which is divided into two groups, namely "heating 1" and "heating 2", and is indicated by an indicator light heating work, the light on means the electric heater is working, and the light is off means the heating stops.
