The graduated cylinder filled with powder or granules is fixed on the mechanical vibrating device, the vibrating motor drives the mechanical vibrating device to vibrate vertically up and down, the graduated cylinder filled with powder or granules vibrates with the mechanical vibrating device and has a beat vibration, with the increase of the number of vibrations, the powder or particles in the graduated cylinder are gradually compacted, after the number of vibrations reaches the set number of times, the mechanical vibrating device stops vibrating, and the volume of the graduated cylinder is read, according to the definition of density: the mass is divided by the volume, so as to find the density of the powder or granules after the vibration.
