The microcomputer controlled torsion testing machine is composed of a loading system, a transmission system, a digital data acquisition and processing system and a computer measurement control display system, which is suitable for testing the performance of static torsional mechanics of metallic materials, non-metallic materials and various components such as transmission shafts, half shafts, various wrenches, hardware tools, bolts and nuts, bimetallic materials, and joints.

The machine is composed of horizontal structure, computer control and screen display, digital data acquisition control system, and all-digital AC servo system. The reducer is used for transmission, which has the characteristics of uniform loading, stability, no impact phenomenon, and accurate data acquisition and control.

Test function: Windows Chinese operating platform, realize a variety of control of torque, torsion angle and deformation. Using a window-based operating system with a graphical interface, the display screen and operation panel can be set. The test speed and various control parameters can be set; The basic test results can be displayed in real time; It can display various related curve graphics of the test process in real time; System diagnostics can be realized and diagnostic results can be displayed. The whole machine uses a full digital AC servo control system and a digital data acquisition and processing system, and the angle sensor collects the torsion angle of the sample.
