This series of testing machines conforms to GB/T10128-2007, and is mainly suitable for torsional performance testing of metallic materials, non-metallic materials, composite materials and components. The machine is composed of AC servo control motor output loading, high-precision torque sensor to detect torque, photoelectric encoder to detect the corner, computer to display the detection results, high rigidity, high precision and high load linear guide rail and other components.

Main engine: the horizontal structure is adopted, and the main structure adopts the overall thickened steel plate structure to ensure the rigidity of the whole machine; The fixture adopts high-quality carbon steel 45 quenching (HR50-60) method, which has a long service life; The installation and disassembly of the specimen is convenient and fast.
2. Drive system: driven by full digital control system; The speed adjustment is adjustable, and the loading is uniform and stable.
