Dry Wet Composite Salt Spray Corrosion Test Chamber
Continuous salt spray exposure is widely used to test the corrosion resistance of components and coatings. Applications include industrial, maintenance, construction and marine coatings; electroplating and paint layers; Aerospace & Mlitary Coatings, Surfaces & Components, Electrical & Electronic Systems & Components.
Most of these tests are widely used in related corrosion tests according to special specifications, and are generally run at higher temperatures, excluding drying cycles. It is required that the air that is sprayed should be heated before entering the nozzle.
During the salt spray function, the chamber behaves like a typical conventional salt spray operation.
The jet solenoid valve opens and the compressed air passes through the saturator to humidify (humidity helps to keep the pH concentration stable) before reaching the nozzle.
The corrosive solvent from the brine tank is drawn to the nozzle, where it is mixed with the compressed air.
The nozzle sprays the salt water solvent and air into a corrosive mist.
The box heater maintains the programmed box temperature.
This feature is also used for pure water mist exposure.

Spray method:
1. Adopt Bernet's principle to absorb brine and then atomize, the atomization degree is uniform, and there is no phenomenon of blocking crystallization, so as to ensure the standard of continuous testing.
2. Nozzle: Made of special glass nozzle, the size of the spray volume and the spray angle can be adjusted.
3. Spray volume: adjustable 1.5±0.5 ml 80cm2/hr (16-hour average volume).
4.40L LARGE BRINE STORAGE TANK, CAN BE SPRAYED CONTINUOUSLY FOR 48HR.
